I am new to Scaler 3. I have the iPad version. I have a melody that I would like to write into the arranger section on a User Track. But I have not figured out how to create an empty clip in the User Track. I have double tapped in the empty space on the track and held a long press and nothing seems to happen.
Any help would be appreciated. Any videos on how to work from melody to chords on the ios version would be great.
Hi @BlackHawk Have you added Chords to the Main Track first? This will expose a + icon on the User Track. You could record right onto it too.

Well I did eventually add a single chord to the chord track and then wrote in my melody. But as far as being in the correct key to figure out the first chord that’s where the disconnect is at. I am going to use the chord detect with midi file of my melody and try it from there. Just trying to figure out the workflow when starting with a melody.
