codeFN42 Chordz Easy Mode: cool for solos

Hi folks

Some years ago, when my weak system often crashed making music, I was said that some of my plugins were likely the culprits, including Broomstick Bass and codeFN42 Chordz

I abandoned the former because I prefer UJAM basses & Jamstix now, but Chordz is still unbeatable for solos, because my release of Bitwig Studio doesn’t have the 2 tools equivalent to Ableton Live’s Scales, and Scaler is often unsuitable for solos, being better for embellishment notes, apart its core feature that is building progressions

So, having now a PC with plenty of RAM and no more crashes, I re-tested Chordz finding that it works perfectly for solos

The way to use it for this task is using the Chordz Easy Mode as explained here

Well, here is a vibe where my (poor) guitar solo was made with Chordz

I called it Dirty Spinner

I think it can be good to understand what Chordz can do for solos using just 2 scales, a minor and a blues one, that I changed with my mouse (I am a mousier after all )

I hope that Scaler 3 will give me a similar and better feature, because Scaler syncing can drive multiple instruments through complex changes of chords, so potentially giving complex changes of notes suitable for solos, something that is hard or impossible to do with other tools, like e.g. Ableton Scales, Bitwig’s Humanize etc.
