Help I cant verify my email and its the same in plugin boutique
Hi @41jordan, is this what happens you try to load the license file you downloaded from your Plugin Boutique user account?
If you purchased Scaler 2 from Plugin Boutique you may need to reach out to them for help here. They can make sure that your license file is indeed registered to that email address and help you from there.
I literally did that… they said reach out to scaler support … plus there’s tons of people reporting the same issue …
Hi @41jordan. So you’re saying that you purchased Scaler 2 from Plugin Boutique, and when you contacted them for technical support they told you to reach out to Scaler support? That is very strange as they are Scaler support. At least for purchases made from Plugin Boutique.
Just to clarify, this Scaler Music forum is not the official technical support channel. This is a community of Scaler users who are happy to help other users get the most out of Scaler 2. If Scaler is not recognising your email address, you do need to contact technical support.
