Cannot upgrade to Scaler 3 for 29 $ via Plugin Boutique

I purchased Scaler via Plugin Boutique and I am holding a license for it. However, I cannot upgrade tp scaler 3 for 29 $ as mentioned in your Marketing-Email saying: “Scaler 1 and 2 license holders will be eligible to upgrade to Scaler 3 for the price of $29. If you made your Scaler purchase through Plugin Boutique, you should purchase the upgrade from them.” The Plugin Boutique price for the upgrade is not 29 $ it is 78,34 $ ! Can you please clarify how I can add my license to an account if I bought Scaler 2 via Plugin Boutique, or how I can upgrade for 29 $ via Plugin Boutique? If this is not possible you should tell that clearly in your marketing E-Mail. Kind regards, Georg.

Thanks, found it now, it’s a bit misleading, the scaler offered in my account is not the upgrade, so I have to explicitly look for the upgrade and then it’s being offered for 29 $

I purchased the $29 upgrade via Plugin Boutique and can confirm that it does not remove my prior Scaler 2 license. I can still download the Scaler 2 product and my license from my account. I’m currently running both versions.

There are some early bugs, typical of any software release. I’m confident they will be addressed. I have found the upgrade well worth the money because of the improved workflow and multi-track capability.

Unfortunately Pluginboutique adds a 20% TAX for each purchases, that is an addition to the 29 USD price. If you have a valid TAX number maybe then it can be deducted, but otherwise the Scaler 2 > 3 upgade is more expensive at PB.
