downloaded the new version from the website, but it will not install; Scaler Detector installed immediately, but 3.2 keeps giving me a destination error.
Followed some online advice and deleted the previous instance of the program and folders, but still won’t install.
If I hit the “Skip this file” it stops with the next thing.
Use File Explorer to see if that folder exists.
If it does exist then try to manually create a file there (right-click->new ). If it fails you might get a more helpful error message.
If it does not exist then create it and try the install again.
I just got Scaler 3 today. I tried to install it this morning and it was taking a while to scan all my plugins. So I just came back to it and it was stuck at the end of the progress bar, goodness knows for how many hours. I tried to quit (won’t quit), tried restart (won’t restart computer without quitting the installer. It just says on an install in progress, ‘Your computer can’t be shut down because an install is in progress, Scaler Music - Scaler 3 is baing installed, interupting the install may damage your computer. you can shut down when the install is complete.’
I have the same problem with Scaler 3.2 on my PC. but no problem with Scaler detector in the same folder (sclaer music)… I try 3 hours to resolve it, but after ten possible solutions i dont see…
