In Scaler 3.1.1, bind now works correctly on detected chords added to Section A.
The update is available now and includes a range of improvements and critical fixes. We strongly recommend it for all Scaler 3 users. You can download the 3.1.1 installers from either Plugin Boutique (under My Account) or Scaler Music (under My Products).
