I’m on Scaler 3.3, Windows 10, issue occures both with the VST and the standalone versions.
Summary :
When copying and moving scenes after zooming in/out (ctrl + mouse scroll) with the arrow on the chord track, the chords of the selected scene don’t align as they should on the timeline. There is often a 1/16 bar difference while the grid is set to 1 bar.
This doesen’t happen if I zoom in/out with the arrow on the scene bar.
By the way, is this an intended behavior that the scenes disalign from the chords on the chord track while zooming in/out on the chord track ?
If so, I find it quiet confusing and time consuming (the scene bar is so small compare to the chord track).
Hi @Smeb Thanks very much for the detailed report and video. That is really useful!!! @Tristan Is investigating another issue that may relate to this. @Tristan Would you mind investigating this please?
I’m experiencing a similar problem on a M1 MacBookPro running OS 14.8.5. The Scenes don’t redraw properly to match their corresponding grouped chords when zooming in or out.
Thank you folks. This does seem to be occurring, only when zooming via mouse scroll, but as mentioned not via the scroll bar zoom handles. This has been lodged to address in a coming update.
@Smeb that issue with chords sometimes not aligning with the bar lines has also been lodged and seems related to another issue currently being addressed. Thanks all for the reports here.
