So I choose an Em triad, and bring it into the main track, but when I try to snug it up to the previous chord, it turns into a wild Emflat9 11 chord… What is causing this and how do I avoid it?

Upon further attempts, if I drag the Dm triad away and join it to the Em, then try to snug both up to the Cmaj, then it makes the Dm into that wild chord.
Should I be posting this problem here or making a support ticket?

I also notice, if you are in the midi editor, and you have a single chord highlighted, it goes blank on cycle reset even if it is still selected… just an fyi!

Hmm not for me. Have you downloaded the latest version from your Scaler Music account and rebooted? Otherwise wait for 3.1

OK I get you. I guess that is expected as the timeline is playing through clips which are unselected. However we should have a ‘Don’t chase if one clip selected’ rule. We will improve this thank you.
PS Strangely it didn’t do it on one of my setups which Is what I posted earlier. Now I get the same as you vid (I do swap between betas often)
