Multitimbral (multiple audio outputs) for Scaler would mean each track (up to 16) would have its own labeled audio outputs. You could then route those Scaler outputs into individual tracks within your DAW. This situation is ideal if you want to quickly record to Stems or do complicated audio routings like ducking instruments or parallel audio processing.
Get really clever and make audio output in the Stand Alone mode 2-chan / multi-out selectable also so I can record multi-tracks directly into Audacity, TRACK16, and other stand-alone apps that have multi-inputs. Doing this would also improve performance because of the multi-CPU core availability for DSP use in Scaler’s Stand Alone mode vs the VST Live mode. I bet the JACK Audio Connection Kit could probably work for this purpose, but I haven’t tested it.
