About the MOTIONS - Articulations, Expressions etc - Not showing under Main track

I have chords in the Main Track. I have added ARTICULATIONS to the chords BUT as happens in the “Scaler 3.2 - New Features Overview” video, I DONT get these Articulations showing up as a “track” under the main track. Any ideas?

AND ANOTHER Q - Can you just apply eg ARTICULATIONS to just a scene rather than the whole main track?

I suspect the reason i cannot remove or add say Articulations to a particular scene is because I dont get to see the Articulations etc appearing under the Main track at the moment

I dont’ understand completely your problem, but be sure to do like this:

1. Use the “+” button every time you want to add a track with an Articulation, Expression or so:

   

2. Then select in the menu the Articulation that you want to use:

   

3. So, your tracks are added.

   

4. Repeat for all tracks you need to add (at this stage, if you added several tracks, some of them might not be visible; in such a case, the explanation follows ).

5. If you don’t see some of your tracks , check the line below the last visible track (1).

   

6. Hover the cursor over this line until the cursor changes to the form as in (2).

7. Click with this cursor and drag the line down. This will make bigger the area.If any line was hidden by the size of that area, it will become visible.

Concerning your second question, the Main track can have only one articulariion at this time, but you can have different scenes on other tracks, each of them with their proper articulation.

N.B. You cannot ADD articulations, but you can remove them or replace with a different articulation of the same type (Arpeggio by Arpeggio, Strumming with Strumming - you cannot mix Arpegio with Strumming or so).
This is how it works.

• Click on the scisors:

• Cut after the last chord of the scene you want to modify:

Select the portion you want to change e.g. Scene 2:

Click on the magnifier:

Replace with a different arpeggio:

As you may see, after this, Scene 2 has a different shape of the articulation:
