There are no bugs here but I can see the cause of confusion because section B is trying to serve two purposes: Showing the current scale and letting you search for a different one. Maybe it needs splitting into two with the search and results list first and the current scale listed below. Or maybe the search should be in a separate tab.
The “All Scales” being in Section A is odd too, because it doesn’t result in a Section A chord set. Clicking anything in All Scales “mode” just changes the Section B search box. Clicking in any other Section A “mode” gives you a chord progression in Section A and a current scale in section B. Inconsistency means more forum posts here!
And having typed all that I’ve had the epiphany. Search should be in its own section and the “All Scales” functionality should be moved to that section. Search/filter by name, mode, mood or by choosing notes on the keyboard. Then Section A contains only chord progressions and all the search and filter options are together.
So no bugs, but room for UI improvement I think.
