No, but I’m aware of the content of the tale. It was written 55 years ago (and more than 20 before the first PC). The best long term predictions tend to be about the ‘what’ rather than the ‘how’, because the predictor can’t be aware of those ‘left field’ jumps in technology/knowledge which then facilitate massive change.
I’m still sceptical about the real doomsday scenario of a sentient system,. and even in that case it’s in a box with no physical manifestation.
