Hi. I have the same chord in both sections B and C but it plays different notes. How is that and how can they be made to match?

Hi @sparq two chords can be made up of the same notes e.g. C, E, G making a C Major chord, but the two can be voiced differently. E.g. one can have the same notes spread across several octaves. Same chord name, different voicing.
You can use the menus above the chords in section B to choose different voicings and variations for those chords, then drag chords down to section C. Or you can activate Voice Grouping from the top right of the screen and choose a voice grouping profile from that menu which will be applied to all chords.
If you like the way one of your chords sounds and want to apply that voicing to all other chords, you can right click on the chord and choose ‘extract voicing’, then choose ‘Extracted’ as the voice grouping profile.
