Scaler 3 VST3 not passing Pitch bend and ModWheel MIDI

Hi there,
I’ve seen a couple of threads about Scaler 2 VST3 version not passing Pitchbend, ModWheel and CC messages. It looks like the problem remains with Scaler 3 VST3 as well? I can’t get pitchbend to be passed to remote VST’s through Scaler 3.
Does VST 2 version solves the problem (i didn’t install it yet).

+1 for this. Still no mod or pitch wheel working on the internal Scaler 3 synths. I don’t understand the issue as this is just a “normal” virtual instrument on an Instrument track in Cubase 14 - and all other virtual instruments function as expected? Why is Scaler different?

After almost a year without using scaler 3 I’m trying toget back at it despite my initial disapointment. But this bug doesn’t seem resolved? Scaler 3 still doesnt send the pitch bend or modwheel to MIDI out nor to its internal instrument :frowning:

Hi @Jeeboo, Scaler 3’s internal sounds do not respond to pitch bend or mod wheel, however you should not have any issue sending this data via MIDI to 3rd party instruments, either hosted by Scaler 3, or via tracks in your DAW host. Are you running the latest version of Scaler 3, currently v3.2?

I’m using latest version 3.2 i updated a few days ago.

I gave it another try with softube Model 72 hosted in Scaler and it worked for both modwheel and pitch bend. Same with sending externally. I probably didn’t setup my synth to receive these message correctly in prior try (or did it before i update scaler i can’t rem).
