Scaler 3 great tool, i love it, but still immature tool

Hi everyone,
Is not my intention of been an influencer in anyway, I just want to give honest opinion of Scaler 3 as musical tool.
After 2 weeks using it and I have been an old user of previous version of scaler for many years.
Scaler 3 is a big jump ahead from previous versions of the tool, but as a new tool has many bugs that only future minors version will fix it.
When I using together with my DAW-FL Studio as plugin, my standalong tool stop working properly and hang freezed.
I begin the steps of cleaning the applications folders and reinstall it again, process done already many times using version .5, .6.
So I decide to don’t use it any more as plugin until a more stable version come up.
So as standalone tool I using to get great progression with all colors and variations when I find what I like it, move it the scores to files, and then in my DAW using others plugins (Kontact with Orchestra Complete, Flex and other instruments) bringing to piano rolls the score created in Scaler 3.
So wishing good luck to Scaler developers team in finding solutions to all bugs reported by Scaler comunity and bring a solid stable version as it’s Scaler 2.
Thanks you very much.

Hi @SilverSoler, welcome and thanks for the post.

Great to hear you’re getting good results from Scaler 3 in standalone mode and exploring its creative tools. I’ve moved your post to the General section since it’s more about your experience than a specific bug.

We’re working hard on improvements, and the 3.1 update (due next week) should bring more stability—hopefully making the plugin version solid enough to bring back into your workflow.

Thanks again for the kind words and constructive feedback - we really appreciate it.

Sorry to hear you’ve been having problems with Scaler 3. I’ve seen a few reports regarding FL Studio, and the Scaler Team are really good at listening to the community and hammering out bugs. The latest beta is incredibly stable with Bitwig. I hope you have the same experience as me soon! As @Steven said, they will bring it up to speed for your DAW. As a beta tester all I’ve seen is constant improvements. If I find any tips from other FL-Studio users regarding stability I’ll be sure to post them here for you.
