We released Scaler 3.2.2 yesterday. This update includes a fix for an issue where Scaler 3 could fail to open on some Windows systems following a recent Windows MIDI Server update.

While this may not directly match the issues discussed here, it could still be connected to the behaviour you’re seeing. If you get a chance to update, please let us know if it helps. Cheers.
