The tracks within the Scaler 3 standalone app can be individually sent to separate midi outs, through a menu that only specifies the midi channel they are being sent to (1 through 16). There doesn’t seem to be any other more specific routing options for these midi outs, and therefore it doesn’t seem like these options actually send the midi data in a way that is usable.
Please add a better routing menu/ options for the midi out data, so that it can be captured and used in real time, by other apps that can receive this midi data.
