After all, relaxing the body, freeing up our brain, and listening our interiority is a technique some friend of mine suggested to me some time ago, and I am just starting to understand what it means, and how leveraging it: not an easy task, but very rewarding

Well, in the past I did some Osho’s dynamic meditation, and sometimes we sung in strange ways

I also made a stage with a singer called Ellen Christi and did some shoots at her recitals BTW
