Not getting sound on scaler 2

I’m not getting any sound through my scaler 2. I’m using ableton and I’ve upgraded to scaler 2 but now its not producing any sound. I see the notes being hit but nothing else. I then went back and was able to get sound out of scaler 1.8. Any ideas?? thanks

I’ve tested both VST and AU in Ableton and working fine for me. Are you sure you aren’t opening Scaler Audio? You are opening Scaler 2 on a midi channel? See attached. If not reinstall and provide further OS/ System details.

got it. i just rebooted my computer. thanks. What is scaler audio by the way?
