No Sound From Scaler 2 in Logic Pro X

Hello, I just installed scaler 2 into Logic Pro X but no sound coming from plugin. I’ve got sound in Alchemy etc… checked track but no audio. all other tracks are good. any suggestions? Already checked manual

Hi @bailybopps welcome the forum. Would you mind providing some more details on how you’re attempting to use Scaler 2?

For example if you are using the ScalerControl 2 MIDI effect plugin in Logic, this is simply a MIDI effect and produces no sound.

If you are using the Scaler2 instrument plugin, this should be producing sound like and other instrument plugin e.g. Alchemy. After selecting a sound you should be able to at least click on notes on the instrument panel and hear those notes. Otherwise it may be an install issue with the internal sounds, in which case you can simply try a reinstall.

If you are still having this issue, perhaps you could provide a screenshot or video so we can try to figure out what is going wrong.
