have you tried what is said here :

Hello @Light3000 Please ensure that your computer is up to date, try rebooting after installing Scaler if not already done. You can also check if Scaler is installed in its default location, moving it to a subfolder can sometimes cause issues.

If your issue is persistent after those operations, please provide us more information about your operating system and DAW.
