My general impression about SC3

The standalone version is different from the plugin. There are no adjustments at the top of the Scaler 3 window in the plugin and in both versions, the ‘targetting’ on the bottom corners is very finnicky; if you have a smaller monitor (I’m using a 22-inch monitor and I struggle), you have to get the mouse pointer in a very small region of the corners to have the pointer become a double-headed arrow.

If you can’t get it, you can set ‘Mouse Arrows’ in the ‘Accessibility’ area of Windows which allows you to move the mouse pointer with the arrow keys - I don’t think there’s a toggling keystroke to enable/disable it, though.

In my system at least, I can even get the mouse pointer on the RIGHT side to have the pointer become a double-headed arrow, so I can resize the window even if the corner is out-of-view
(I also have a 22’ monitor)

Well, after a lot of reasoning, and after I found a different workflow that is easier, faster and more practical both for accompaniments and solos, I decided to stop using S2 and S3

Later, when S3 will ever become a stable version, and if it will satisfy my 3 requirements I had, then I’ll consider it again

So forgive me if I stop posting tutorials or other content
Have fun
