Excuse me, does the “guitar singing” function in SCALER make chords more arranged like a guitar?

Yes Guitar Voicing will work with NI’s session instruments as will the correct grouping (from memory it is C3-B4)
When I use “voice grouping”, I find that the bass of the chord inversion is not working. For example.
The bass of G/B is B
When I use “voice grouping” the bass of G/B becomes G, but it should be B
