Just posting In case this is useful. Also on Sale at Audio Plugin Deals,… sale only for a few days!
Are you saying this is free?
According to their website. It’s Free - It has full functionality, but it’s time limited with a nag screen until you buy a license.
That’s a trial EVERY software does that. Not worth posting about.
just came to say thanks for posting this! Yes, it’s a trial not free, but since it would be impossible to keep up with everything that gets released and/or is on offer, posts like yours can be very helpful.
Looked through their site and browsing the templates available, have downloaded and installed it and will def be looking at a purchase if it’s as useful as it looks.
I’m aware of the idea of “structure” in songs and, insofar as I create anything, I sort of feel my way through - thus I’ve never really dealt with it in any more formal way. But to see structures laid out graphically like this is very cool, and of course I’m free to ignore or diverge from suggestions anyway
For me ANY tool that helps us create is a good thing - and I say this as someone who’s finally kicking his own backside in learning to play the piano (FINALLY!). In this Scaler will continue to be a very useful tool, because I’m not aiming to master all of music theory, but to simply have a more direct and hands-on approach to creating tracks.
Onward and upward!
That’s Okay @alan9990. There are going to be restrictions in Free versions of a Plugin/Software, and developers have different ways in how they want their Free versions to operate. Some just keep working, and others just stop functioning after you’ve used it for a few days.
Hornet plugins don’t offer Trial versions last time I checked, and until recently, Songwish Remidi 4 didn’t have a Free Trial, now they do.
Edit: Hornet plugins, do demos now!
I posted the Arranger King Plugin link, ‘FREE Time Limited’, so people would know that there were restrictions, until they bought it.
The YouTube video below, the person is using the Trial version, and was happy how it functioned.
Yeah! my initial thought was that it could be a useful creative tool, and people could just test the Free Time Limited version, and buy it if they liked it, to support the developer.
Scaler 3 is looking Very Good, and if other plugin tools can help with getting ideas down quickly and finished, I’m happy to have look!.
Thanks for the Positive Vibes
