Hello!
First off, thanks so much for all of the hard work with Scaler 3. I can see so much potential for using this program in my music, and have already done so with Scaler 2 with great success!
Perhaps I am missing something obvious, but when I choose my favorites folder in chords or in motions, when I choose anything from that list, the browser flips to the folder that the chord progression is already stored. This is a problem because if I want to browse through all of the professions etc that I’ve favorited, I can’t just use the flipper icon to quickly browse through progressions I’ve already vetted as potential candidates for my music.
One other note: after doing a little research it seems that there isn’t a way currently to program the mouse click on a chord in “main track” to be anything lower than 127 unless you visit the arrange window, but I wonder if there was a way to add a velocity slider in the main window for “main track” to quickly set a lower velocity. This would be particularly useful for keyboard instruments, since I rarely play notes at that full of a velocity and when I switch between my own key presses and a mouse click, the velocity change can be quite startling (I’m listening at a pretty conservative level).
There are other subjects I have opinions on (colors page and general chord suggestion workflow), but I’m sure many have covered this and the scaler team is hard at work in solving some issues that people have brought up.
Thank you again! I hope this message is helpful and not something that has already been covered.
