I’ve noticed quite pronounced ringing of the EQ, both within a track and especially when I stop replay, the plug in rings on for at least a second. I presume this caused by the Q of the filters? This makes it totally unusable as it is, will there be a fix coming soon?

What you’re hearing isn’t a bug, but a natural by-product of how the filters behave. The ringing sound you’re noticing (especially when you stop playback) is post-filter decay that can occur when using multiple simultaneous filters. There is a Smart Mode option in the settings that helps minimise this effect (at the expense of filter accuracy). It’s turned off by default, but you can enable it if you’d prefer a smoother decay. Finally irrespective of which EQ I am working with if I have multiple extremes notches particularly in low end, which can spark post filter decay, I tend to either go easy or use dynamic compression on those bands to minimise that effect. Having said all of that, we are working on some unique technology to introduce a different approach that could minimise/eliminate this. Hope that all helps!
