Detecting Chords

I’m having a bit of trouble with the detect chords feature and not sure how to get it set up and working. I am trying to detect chords already on the playlist but scaler can’t recognize them. I have tried looking everywhere for a solution but haven’t found any. I am using fl studio btw. If anyone could help me set up scaler properly so that it can recognize chords on the playlist that would be wonderful. Thanks
