If you haven’t already, we recommend updating to Scaler 3.2. There have been a number of changes since 3.1.1.
If you’re still seeing this behaviour on Scaler 3.2, you can share a short video via a file-sharing service such as Dropbox or Google Drive (either publicly or by sending me a DM). Cheers.
