Sometimes the chord preview doesn’t work here as expected. I’d like to upload a video where you hear that chords 1, 2, 3 and 8 are previewed correctly, but chords 4 to 7 are previewed at very low volume with no sustain. Using Scaler 3.1.1 with Ableton Live 12.2.5 and MacOS 14.7.6.
Can someone help me why I cannot upload my screenshot video? Which format is supported? I tried .mov and .mp4.

If you haven’t already, we recommend updating to Scaler 3.2. There have been a number of changes since 3.1.1.
