Bear with me if it’s been asked but has the chord detection been improved in Scaler 3? I find it rarely useful in V2 with variety of source materials

We have improved it yes. We are actually looking at an ‘Easy/Simple’ mode for detection in Scaler 3.3
What we do is try and analyse the harmonic depth within material. Most other detection just narrows it down to a triad. So whilst other detection systems seem to be more accurate, they will never pick a an extended / complex chord that Scaler 3 does.
Lots of room for improvement and that is one of our focus points for 3.3
Give it a try and see how you go. Scaler Detector is worth trying to.

Thanks yes it was the audio detection I struggled with most.
PS my presumption is scale detector uses the same as Scaler 3?
Yes correct and the Audio Detection sensitivity has been adjusted and there is a threshold slider in Detector which will come to S3 too.
