Hello, I am trying to figure out how to edit the specific chord notes in Scaler 3, like we are able to do in Scaler 2.

You can right click on a chord and goto āEdit Chordā. it then has the notes highlighted in a light shade of blue at the bottom. I wish they had an easier edit button that could be toggled on and off though.
Thank you. Found that. But after I select āedit chordā it shows the highlighted notes on the keyboard, but there is no option to delete individual notes. You can of course select another chord, but I just want to get rid of a low bass note.
Hi @fridaykr. On the Circle of Fifths page, clicking a note thatās already part of the chord on Scalerās keyboard will remove it. You can click to add notes that arenāt currently in the chord, or click existing ones to remove them.

I must admit Iām quite lost in Scaler 3. Is it only possible to edit specific notes in the main track? And why? In the Browse page there is a right click option to āedit chordā in section A and B, but it is greyed out and not working. In section C (main track) I am able to edit a chord. I wish I could edit the specific notes of a chord in the sketch section of the create page, but I can only drag a chord to the main track, edit it there an drag it back to the sketch.
Hi @p8guitar. Yes it is only possible to edit main track / Section C chords. Chords from Sections A and B are considered part of the factory library i.e. included chord sets or a scaleās diatonic chords so editing those chords is not possible. Chords from those sections must first be moved to the main track before they can be edited.
There are plans to greatly improve the sketch page in a coming update and allowing the editing of chord notes there certainly makes sense, so thank you for the feedback and suggestions which will be taken into account.
