Hi I’m new to Scaler 2 having just purchased it and i’m having trouble accessing my license number. when i click on download scaler2.license on the web site an icon is sent to my download file but when i click on it, a box appears telling me there is no application set to open the document. just wondering if anybody has encountered the same problem and if so can you recommend a fix. Thanks
Hi i worked it out. didn’t realised the icon has the number imbedded in it and was actually expecting to see a number or code

After purchasing from the scaler website on Feb 14th, my licence file for scaler 2 is empty.
How do I get a licence file that will work so I can start using the software I just paid for?
