Can admin add a Linux Category and TAG... to sum them up in one place?

I am a happy user of Scaler since the beginning.

I switched to Linux 2-3 years ago and it works fine - generally speaking.

Can admin add a Linux Category AND tag... to sum them up in one place, please?
