Maybe it also worked before, and I just missed it, but I think that the Scaler Channel option works now
I mean that if you select Preferences > MIDI Channel > Channel 1, 2 etc. (not the MMO option) the signal is really sent to Channel 1, 2 etc
I noticed it with the 2 keyboards of my Hammond
There was a change log included in the MacOS installer ZIP file, I assume same for Windows
