From childhood, I wanted to play or make music and I hear it in my mind daily as I survey my surroundings. Unfortunately, I was not in a position to afford such a luxury. Now in my mid 50’s, I have started my journey into music. I picked up a guitar at 48 years old and I have not looked back but I wanted a more cinematic, EDM, fantasy vibe. So, I finally purchased a Komplete s61 keyboard, software and Ableton. Due to my lack of knowledge in theory and skill at keyboard, I struggled to make my vision reality. After much searching, I settled on Scaler 2. My hopes is that I can help myself grow a little faster and learn at the same time. Time will tell. So far my journey has been a little overwhelming but exciting to say the least. I feel like a kid at Christmas. Playing music with 5 grandkids has been fun and exasperating at the same time. Let the journey continue.
