Hi @danielvillazon and welcome to the forum. Unfortunately Beatport Access is something controlled by Plugin Boutique so you will have to lodge a support ticket with them. There are several posts about it on this forum so please do a search to see what you find. This thread talks about users purchasing after rent to own and some issue they faced.
