Did not have issues prior to the update. Inserted as an Instrument in Cubase, I no longer get audio for any of the stock instruments unless I turn on Multi-Voice Output.

Hi @LMelton Welcome to the forum please sure you have rebooted your machine after install of 2.7 and check through this thread:
