I have a pretty diverse set of VSTs, running Windows (8.1, and 10), with a variety of DAWs (FL Studio, Maschine, Ableton Live, Bitwig). The only one that can’t route MIDI between plugins is Maschine (unrelated to Scaler, just a design gap). The easiest integration for me is Scaler in Bitwig, since Bitwig allows MIDI->Sound plugin routing within the same track (you can daisychain them, or even run them in parallel, within same track). My personal record in Bitwig 64 Scaler instances running in parallel!
