Scaler 2 & EZ Drummer 2 - Another great match

Hi there The setup is so simple that there is no reason to do a video The super simple routing: [Cattura] Now select ANY of the zillions of Scaler pattern and listen BTW: I noticed that this is particularly useful for African rhythms, that sound very good even if I am using Latin percussion; moreover all patterns are fine, but Scaler Melodies aren’t And here is a sample with a jazz drum but you can build tons of others in a breeze And here is one sample for rock solos

Try out Scaler for percussion!

you can just pick any percussive sound, could be a sample, doesn’t have to be a synth. Just make sure it’s a oneshot/hit/stab, not a drum loop that already has a rhythm of its own. Well, I’ve done that before as well and it leads to interesting but different results. The key is to use the triple feel and other time signature expressions in Scaler.
