I just found a triplet of funny plugins that produce winds, bird chirps, and engine sounds
they are very funny, expecially the bird chirp maker
32bit VST? Should work well on your minimalist PC 
It’s a step up from ‘fart’ vst’s I guess …

Anyway, I use iBridge with Broomstick Bass and a few others like these
