Copy and Paste you mean from one page to another? You can move anything to sketch and also drag down to section C and of course you can drag copy. I like the idea of a copy and paste but the paste part would not be straightforward. We will have a think.

And just click the lock key on the Explore page and it locks to your current scale. Change your current scale or use the semi.
