# User Chord Sets - Functionality/Usability Requests

Hello, a few requests that I think would make User Chordsets better:

1. It would be great if we could **save** chordsets directly from Section A.

**Reason** : Section A is where chord detections appear. If one is saving chordsets regularly, the need to keep dragging them from section A to section C becomes cumbersome  
**Implementation Idea:** The ‘Save to User Content’ box offers a dropdown “save from section: A | B | C”. Personally I’d prefer it to default to A for the reasons mentioned.

2. Scaler2 remembers the choices for decisions like ‘Save Full Session’ | ‘Save Individual Patterns’ | ‘Consolidate Patterns’

**Reason** : Similar to the above, it becomes really cumbersome to have to choose them each time. Even if the choices aren’t saved in settings and only persist for the lifetime of the plugin that would be better than nothing.
