# Sketch Mode Freeze

Just tried following Davide’s latest video but was unable to finish it due to a freeze.

Firstly, I was unable to start with “A Chord Set” - None, “B Current Scale” - None.  
This is one thing I find truly frustrating - how to easily start with everything set like you are running the program for the first time. Most other programs have a “New” option which resets everything but not Scaler 3. The closest I have found is to load preset “New Session [Default]” but this no longer clears everything and seems to include chords or simply does nothing when I select it.

Anyway, following the video I then went to the Sketch page and clicked on the bulb icon for each Progression row. By the time I got to the 3rd row I got an hourglass and S3 just froze. I had to end it with Task Manager.

I am using Windows 10 latest updates. My system is based on a reasonably powerful Ryzen 7 5800x with 32 Gb RAM and all NVME SSD drives.

This is fixed in v3 1.0.5
