# Scaler only works in 2.7.0 ! (Win 7, PC Cubase 9.5. )

Hi, I’m very upset because even in version 2.8. still the same problem as I described. It makes me angry that the problem is still not fixed, although it has been since version 2.7.2. there is. - Version 2.7.0. works fine by the way. When are you going to fix the problem? It’s extremely important.

Win 7 is 14 years old and as you know is not a supported o/s any more, so you will increasingly find incompatibility problems as new software is issued. I have a won 7 machine for doing a few batch type jobs, but increasingly hit the ‘not supported’ message. It seems solid under Win 10 /11 so maybe its worth considering an upgrade there ?
