Scaler 3 iPad - Audio Cuts out when using certain third party Bluetooth headphones

Scaler 3 on Ipad pro 12.9 with newest IOS update does not use Sony bluetooth headphone, even if it is set as audio output. I can hear first tone when hitting virtual keyboard and then its quiet. Disconnecting bluetooth headphone, tone is back.
Useless this way for me.

Hi @walterborn.ro, welcome to the forum. Thanks for flagging this - we’ve shared it with our dev team and are working towards a fix as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience in the meantime.

Same here plays a bit of audio when touching chords but goes out mid chord and then nothing. Latest iOS and latest scaler 3 ipad

I am having the same issue .

Welcome to the forum @charlesrobinson854 @Haoleman We’ve just released an update which sorts all fixes save for this third party bluetooth one which we are looking into now. If you have any info that helps our developers (bluetooth headphone model etc) that will help us. See below from another post:

We are noting that sample rates are being switched with certain third party bluetooth headphones. We are looking into a fix and hope to get this last one soon!

My Bluetooth model is Beats Solo .

Scaler update 3.2.2 did not change situation with bluetooth audio. Sony WH1000XM5 here.
Start program, load preset, start play, 1 second of sound and gone.

Hi @walterborn.ro Yes, please note my comment above. This is a complicated issue which was resolved and re-appeared in the Release Candidate right before release. Works fine with Apple headphones but others seem to have an issue with sample rates, I am hopeful of a fix in the forthcoming days.
