# Scaler 3.3.1 crashes

Hi, The program crashes and closes after a few minutes of use in both Ableton Live 12 Lite and Studio One 6. I am using it as a VST3.

Hi @Syd sorry to hear of these crashes. This isn’t something I’m seeing using Scaler 3.3.1 in Ableton Live on macOS 15.7.9.
Would you mind sharing your crash report(s) with me so we can try to figure out what is going wrong? Ableton Live should point you towards a crash report the next time you open it after a crash occurs. But if you can’t upload here you may need to upload to a cloud storage location and share the download link. You can DM me the link if you’d prefer.
We are currently testing the Scaler 3.3.2 update which should be available to download soon, and I can send you link to test if you’d like. But it is hard to tell if it will assist with your specific issue, so it would be great to look at a crash report if you can share with us. Thanks.
