# Scaler 3.3.1 and spitfire audio bbc symphony orchestra not loading

scaler 3.3.1 geeft een foutmelding als ik s.a. bbc symphony orchestra wil laden in scaler. Scaler vraagt om een interngeluid te laden of een plug in die hij kent, terwijl de plug in gewoon werkt als ik hem in cakewalk sonar invoer. rescan helpt niet..

Scaler 3.3.1 gives an error message when I try to load s.a. bbcsymphony orchestra into Scaler. Scaler asks to load an internal sound or a plugin it recognizes, even though the plugin works fine when I enter it into Cakewalk Sonar. Rescan doesn’t help.

Hi @Gerard, this isn’t an issue I am able to replicate. Could you please send us a screenshot of the error message you are seeing?

Are you able to load that plugin inside Scaler 3 when running Scaler 3 standalone, not as a plugin inside Cakewalk Sonar? And which operating system are you using?

Assuming you are on some version of Windows, it might be worthwhile closing your DAW and Scaler 3, then deleting the following file: plugins, plugins64.cache, plugins64.custom, plugins64.ignore

Then right click on PluginScanner64 and select Run as Administrator.
