# Preset - Dramatic Score - scale of C Major?

When I load the preset Dramatic Score, it defaults to using the scale of C Major, which seems confusing because the first 7 of 9 chords are not in C Major. So my questions are: Is this by design, or should it be a different scale, and am I correct in assuming that the appropriate scales would load for the included presets?
