Midi Editing: Is there a function for duplicate or c&p?

I am struggling with midi editing in any arrangement track. Is there really no possibility to copy and paste or duplicate a selection of midi notes? I only see the arrow, pencil, erase and scissor to choose for midi editing, but no button for copying and pasting? Or am I missing something? Are there hidden key commands? The usual ctrl c and ctrl v or d for duplicate do not work.

I would like to make my own arpeggiatior patterns including velocity accents in arpeggios, but it takes ages to do this for each individual chord seperately without being able to copy the pattern to the next chord.

Hi @Rereina Welcome to the forum. You mean like the attached? Sure it’s Option > Drag on a Mac and I believe the Windows equivalent is hold Alt whilst dragging.

Hey Davide, thanks a lot for you reply. I appreciate your help. And yes, Alt + dragging by mouse worked on my Windows computer. I was not aware of that command in Windows.

If you work on the user manual in case of a new update at some point, I suggest to add this information. Unless this is such common knowledge? Anyway, problem solved for me  All the best & thanks.
