# Auto Backup

I would like to have an automatical Backup

Everytime when save a project, it would be nice to have an automatical save of the same file as a backup file (same filename, but different file “s3pbu”)

A few days ago I had a freeze and when came back to scaler 3, the project was deleted (name of the project still excists, but no chords/nothing were inside) - about 12hours of work got lost forever🥴
